By visiting our website and/or purchasing any products from us, you engage in our Terms & Conditions of Sale (referred later to as “Terms & Conditions“) and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions including those additional Terms & Conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the Terms & Conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms & Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms & Conditions.
Orders may only be placed through mail orders by individual consumers and corporations purchasing goods other than for resale. Empire of O'Z products are exclusively intended to be sold to end consumers, with the exclusion of all resellers or intermediaries acting on behalf of resellers. Consequently, by placing an order, you affirm that you are acting as the end consumer and do not intend to resell the Empire of O'Z products for commercial purposes.
You must be adult according to legislation of the country you place an order from.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions before placing your order. We recognize rules that differ from the Terms & Conditions only if they are confirmed by us in writing.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms & Conditions that will apply to your order will be those on https://www.empireofoz.com at the time you place your order.

3. Contract formation
Your orders through this platform are binding offers for entering into a contract. We are free to either accept these offers within 14 business days of receipt or to reject them by sending you a notification. There is no binding contract to purchase formed until we have accepted your order. This acceptance is indicated by the shipment of the ordered products.
4. About our products
You may order Empire of O'Z products in our online shop. We are happy to offer you our exquisite range of textiles made of 100% mulberry silk. Our silk is made from the highest quality mulberry silk with different weigh ranging from 14 to 22 momme. The textile weaves used in production of our silk apparel are mostly twill and satin.

As from 30 May, 2020 we started to exhibit and sell artworks, such as paintings, graphics, sculptures etc. in our ART collection page of our webstore. Empire of O'Z Art Gallery ensures online marketplace for international and hungarian artists who wish to exhibit and sell their art pieces. We sell artworks from our own collection and on behalf of the artists.
5. Availability/change of the products/modification of the price
Products which can be purchased are shown on this website. They are available as long as they are in stock. The offering of any product on this website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products will be available at any time. We expressly exclude any liability for lack of items in stock or for products being not available. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We aim to display all attributes of our products, including the design, colors, branding and material, as accurately as possible. However, the pictures that appear in your browser may depend on your device and its settings. We can also not guarantee that all attributes of our products and the original purchased by you is displayed accurately on the photos. As all our products are unique originals, the attributes of our products, including the design, colors, branding and material, may vary from the product photos displayed online. We do not represent or warrant to any actual or prospective purchaser or owner of any products displayed in our online shop as to the accuracy, description or condition of any products. We also expressly reserve the right to change the design, appearance, branding and/or material of products offered at any time without prior notice.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
6. Shipping
The following processing and delivery values will apply to all orders. The shipping fee for each order is depending on the destination of the delivery address. The extent of standard or express shipping fee to destination is displayed at the checkout phase of your order. With approval of the shipping fee to your destination you accept that the amount of your order will be increased by shipping cost of a third party courier.

We aim to process all orders in as little time as possible. Our standard delivery is 2-3 business days depending on the delivery address it might take longer and also may take a little longer during high season.

If you request so, we will make efforts to deliver the products at a specific time, but generally cannot make binding promises to do so.
Any failure to deliver or late delivery exceeding 5 business days must be reported to us.
Orders will be shipped using a trustworthy local or international shipping company (courier).
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
If we are unable to deliver your order or if more than one delivery attempt is necessary there may be additional charges for delivery.
If the products ordered cannot be delivered within 30 days following the day after your order, we may withdraw from the contract, even if we previously confirmed that we were entering into it. If we withdraw, you will be informed and reimbursed immediately.
All deliveries are made by registered mail or courier and will require a signature when delivered. Notably for security reasons, RÉVEIL Ltd. shall not process any order for which a general delivery address, a P.O. box, a university residence address or a courier address has been provided.
The products will be shipped to the delivery address specified when placing your order.
The risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to you when you or a third party indicated by yourself have acquired the physical possession of the goods. If you, however, have commissioned a courier that has not been offered by us the risk will pass to you upon delivery to the courier.
Upon receipt the shipment must be checked by you for accuracy and completeness.
7. Payments
The final amount of the order, including the shipping charge, will be shown in the last phase of the order recording. By placing an order, you agree to the amount indicated.
The default currency of the online shop is Hungarian Forint (HUF). In our online shop payments of orders are processed in HUF irrespectively what local currency shown on the price tag of goods in the country the order initiated.
Any order submitted through the online shop must be paid at the same time as the order is placed.
We accept the following payment instruments:

Please make sure that the billing address specified for your order is the same as your credit card address. Otherwise, we can't accept your order.
Your order will only be recorded if the payment method has been confirmed and the license is deducted. If the financial institution issuing the card does not allow us to initiate the payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In the case of payment from abroad, the use of a credit card may result in additional transaction fees that may be charged by the card issuing financial institution.
As long as the total amount of the order is not paid, the product is owned by Empire of O’Z.
8. Returns
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days after receipt of your order to decide if the piece you ordered is right for you. Within 14 days you have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by mailing to info@reveil.hu of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement.
You may use the model any withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also download the withdrawal form online here, fill it in and submit the form or any other unequivocal statement to us. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium by email without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, you shall send back the products without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
If you withdraw from the contract we will refund any products, provided that they have been kept in perfect, original, and unused condition prior to their return with its original tag intact and attached.
RÉVEIL Ltd. determines in its sole discretion whether the products are in their original condition when returned.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of shipping (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of shipping other than the least expensive type of standard shipping offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods if you decide to withdraw your order. To ensure a safe return of these items please follow our instructions regarding wrapping, shipping and insurance in this regard. You are required to use the same delivery company that has delivered the goods to you i.e. the company selected by us.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If you fail to follow our instructions regarding shipping and wrapping we cannot be held responsible for loss, damages, or additional costs during shipping.
9. Warranty
We strive to provide you with products that live up to your high expectations in quality and appearance.
If the item you have received is defective, please notify us promptly and return the item without delay by filling up the notification of nonconforming event document. The document can be downloaded here. In such case you may at your option demand that the contract be revoked or – if the products are still deliverable – that they be replaced. No independent guarantee is provided in addition to that. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.

10. Liability
RÉVEIL Ltd. is only liable to you for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
This limitation of liability applies to all claims for damages, regardless of the legal basis, to include unauthorized actions; they do not apply to any liability that may apply under the Product Liability Act, some other warranted characteristic or injury to life or limb. Exemption from or limitation on liability for damages under the previous paragraphs also applies to any claims that may exist against employees or agents of RÉVEIL Ltd.
11. Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights in all text, images and other materials on this website, such as trademarks, design- and copyrights are the property of the RÉVEIL Ltd. And any use of such protected content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited and will be subject to legal persecution. You are advised that the RÉVEIL Ltd. will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution, for serious offences.
12. Severance and miscellaneous
If one of the provisions of these Terms & Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, that will not affect the effect of the other provisions.
